10oz striploin steak with red onion jam, fries and pepper sauce €6 supp

venison sheperd’s pie, peas, butter smashed carrots and parsnips, coolattin cheddar gratin

roast breast of chicken with chestnut stuffing, tarragon creamed wild mushrooms, celeriac mash, red wine jus

nut roast with puy lentils, quinoa, butternut squash puree, paprika roasted sprouts, basil pesto
